To support our Swimming and Competition aims we have a number of volunteer positions that allow our swimmers and coaches to concentrate on realising their potential and results in the pool. ELST is Governed by Scottish Swimming (SS) and has been awarded SwimMarks Plus accreditation by SS to demonstrate our ability to operate as a Composite Team in line with Constitutions and Regulations. We are assisted by a Management Committee which comprises Office Bearers and a representative from each of our Home Clubs along with ex-officio members that include our Head Coach and Wellbeing and Protection Officer.
